About the book
Time and World Enough: Collected Poems (1979-2022).
110 pages. ISBN 978-0-646-87483-0
In the preface, Keng writes: “In this collection of poems, I have striven to write against time and to reflect the spread of my living across the world. These poems were written over four decades and over the spread of five continents where I have lived and travelled. They constitute a journal through the diverse places and times which I dwelled and they draw from the hybrid world of the Chinese and English-speaking cultures in which I was brought up. Together with some of my paintings, the collection tries to make sense of my being in this world and time. Ultimately, for me, there is a vast wold and time to explore, live and write. Poetry sets no boundaries”.
